Kravice Waterfalls, are hidden in the green pit, in the heart of Herzegovina; but this time completely different experience. Swimming is allowed! Dive into crystal water while a big waterfall is crushing down just beside you or sit in the bar with water up to your ankle.

Yes, most people go there to swim and enjoy being near the waterfall, but it is not allowed to approach too closely and be under the waterfall (security measures).
The waterfall is situated in the heart of the canyon, and it takes about 100 steps to get down. But on the way back, you do not have to climb because there is a train that takes you to the parking space.
There are bars and restaurants up and down just next to the waterfall; also there are lots of souvenir shops on the top, near the parking space.
The departure is at 8 AM, and it takes 2 hours to reach the location. Since we are crossing the EU border, a passport is required. We will spend 2 hours enjoying nature and swimming beneath waterfalls. It's common to combine this trip with a visit to Mostar on a full-day excursion. Additional options include the medieval town of Počitelj or the religious center of Međugorje. The duration of the trip with additional options is 12 hours.
